For this reason, we recommend ordering frozen gel packs along with your liquid yeast when temperatures are expected to be above about 70 degrees F along the route. Additionally, we will NOT ship liquid yeasts outside of the U.S. If you order a liquid yeast, you can expect us to make a reasonable substitution of dry yeast. Dry forms are more stable, and more likely to survive the trip. We'd rather give you a yeast that we know will make it. There are many quality dry yeasts, and this is a better choice.
