Irish Moss 2 Oz. -- Best Deal!!! 1 lb. for $16.00. A clarifier used in the last 15 minutes of the boil. Causes proteins to fall to the bottom, and reduces chill haze in your finished beer.
Whirlfloc Tablets (Irish Moss) Pack Of 10 -- A new, more effective form of Irish Moss (beer clarifier). Convenient to use, too. Just throw one tablet in 15 minutes before the end of the boil.
Dry Isinglass 0.25 Oz. -- Very effective beer clarifier (fining). Can be added at secondary racking or bottling. This pack clears up to 40 gallons of beer.
Gelatin Finings, 1 Oz. -- Very effective clarifier. Use after fermentation. Also reduces astringency by removing tannin. Works for beer, will not work in white wine without tannin. Use 1-2 teaspoons per 5 gallons of wine.
Polyclar - 1 Oz. -- Very effective clarifier. Use after all fermentation has (completely) finished. Usage 1/4 oz for 5 gallons of wine, or 1/2oz per 5 gallons of beer. Make slurry, add to wine or beer. Rack and or filter after 5 to 7 days.
Super-Kleer K.C. -- A two part liquid clarifier for wine AND beer. Contains liquid gelatin and chitosan. Contains 1.35 fl oz. Sufficient for 5-6 gallons. Clears brilliantly in 12-48 hours.
Amylase Enzyme, 1.5 Oz. -- Aids in converting grain starches into malt sugars. Use 1 tsp. per 5 gallons.
