Corn Sugar (Dextrose), 1 Lb. -- A simple sugar made from corn.Very fermentable. Used in beers, wines. Raises alcohol content, and lightens color. Widely used to "prime" your beer prior to bottling to produce carbonation.

Dry Isinglass 0.25 Oz. -- Very effective beer clarifier (fining). Can be added at secondary racking or bottling. This pack clears up to 40 gallons of beer.

Gelatin Finings, 1 Oz. -- Very effective clarifier. Use after fermentation. Also reduces astringency by removing tannin. Works for beer, will not work in white wine without tannin. Use 1-2 teaspoons per 5 gallons of wine.

Polyclar - 1 Oz. -- Very effective clarifier. Use after all fermentation has (completely) finished. Usage 1/4 oz for 5 gallons of wine, or 1/2oz per 5 gallons of beer. Make slurry, add to wine or beer. Rack and or filter after 5 to 7 days.
